ASSESSMENT REVIEW BOARD SERVICE
Working with our member municipalities CRASC assembles trained ARB panelists and when a complaint is filed facilitates the necessary complaint hearing.
There are two types of assessment review boards that hear property assessment appeals:
Local Assessment Review Board (LARB)
- Residential property with three or fewer dwelling units
Farmland - A tax notice other than a property tax notice
Composite Assessment Review Board (CARB)
- Residential property with four or more dwelling units
- Non-residential property

QUALIFIED ARB MEMBERS, CHAIR, AND CLERK 2023
The Municipal Government Act requires that each year Council must make certain appointments to the Local and Composite Assessment Review Boards.
Individuals who have successfully completed the provincially legislated training courses and are qualified and have been accepted by the Commission for the following positions are:
